Refund policy
Refund and exchanges
We have a 14-day IN STORE refund and exchange policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to a refund or exchange IN STORE, minus the shipping charges.
To be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt.
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned or exchanged, like underwear, lingerie and sex toys. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded in store or via online transfers. Please remember it can take some time for your bank to process and post the refund.
Shipping charges will not be eligible for refunds.
What are your shipping options?
Shipping is via TTPOST or a Local Courier who collects cash on delivery.
TTPOST delivery costs $40.00 and requires PREPAYMENT via online transfer or direct deposits into our First Citizens Bank account (Bank details are available in the payments page of the ordering process).
LOCAL COURIER delivery via Raven Express costs $45.00 for Trinidad and $65.00 for Tobago. They will accept payment on delivery via cash, linx or credit cards(Please let us know in advance).
FREE DELIVERY is available to those who can pay via PAYPAL, if the order is TTD$300.00 and over.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Typically delivery takes 3-7 business days for orders within Trinidad and 4-7 business days for Tobago orders. We’re doing our best to deliver it promptly for you.
